Bill, a Las Vegas native, earned a Distinguished Scholar Diploma in 1993 and a full athletic scholarship for baseball, receiving academic honors like the "Who's Who in American Universities."  He obtained a Bachelor's Degree in 1998.

With 23 years in the mortgage business, Bill led a company that ranked 8th in the US, peaking at $300M/month and #74 on the Inc. 500.  He provided nationwide sales and sales management training, recruited talent, and owned a Nevada-based consultancy for global projects.

Involved in a family-owned preventive maintenance company, Bill created service contracts with clients, including NASA.  As Shady Apparel's President/CEO, he trademarked the brand, selling it to Eminem in 2001.  This enabled him to become a real estate investor and developer, and facilitating all of the financing.

Bill managed a condotel project, securing a $1.7B construction loan and pioneering Condotel guidelines.  His diverse experiences make him an invaluable business resource and leader, shaped by his passion for baseball, fatherhood, coaching and adventures with his three kids.
